Your data rights
You may ask for a copy of your personal data, request a machine-readable copy, correct inaccurate details, seek deletion or restriction, object to processing, or stop marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not change processing already carried out.
Making a data request
- Email info@novrintextiles.com Use “Data protection request” as the subject.
- Describe the action you are requesting, such as access, export, correction or deletion, and include the email address used in your enquiry.
- For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity, usually by replying from the same email address.
- We aim to respond within one month. For a complex request, we may take up to two additional months and will explain the delay.
Requests to delete information
After verifying a deletion request, we remove enquiry records and uploaded files unless specific commercial records must be retained by law. If an exception applies, we will explain which information is retained and the reason.
Stopping marketing messages
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us directly to withdraw your consent.
Raising a complaint
If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you can contact the data protection supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
